I was nervous about doing the home inspection. First time buying a house and wanted a thorough report to ensure my new home would be safe for my 4 kids and myself. Troy took his time and went through all the details of the home. The report was very informative and I appreciated the comments and photos so that I could understand some of the issues that needed fix in areas I was not knowledgeable about. I was able to hand the defective issues pages to the seller and request several areas be fixed prior to purchase. Troy also answered a few short questions after the inspection to help ease my worries as well.
